2017 Destination PyeongChang Skate-A-Thon

WHAT: Louisville Skating Academy is proud to be hosting a Destination PyeongChang Skate-A-Thon! Skaters will have two hours to skate as many laps as they can! 11 laps is approximately one mile, how many miles can you skate?

WHEN: Sunday, November 26th,  4:00-6:00PM

WHERE: Iceland Sports Complex, 1701 UPS Drive.

WHO: People of all ages and abilities are invited to participate by skating laps or making a donation to support the 2018 U.S. Olympic Figure Skating Team.

WHY? U.S Figure Skating’s Destination PyeogChang Skate-A-Thons serve as a way to help raise funds  for the Destination PyeongChang Family Tree. Fifty percent of proceeds raised will provide direct support to families of the 2018 Olympic Figure Skating Team, so athletes can have their biggest supporters by their side as they realize their dreams. The other fifty percent of proceeds will stay local and be put directly into LSA programs to give local skaters more training opportunities.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

  1. LSA skaters collect as many donations as possible by using the following pledge sheet:
